Voice iQ Upgrade

This confirms purchase of your S Series™ iQ update.

  • The code below is only usable for the following serial number xxxxxxxx
  • Please enter code xxxxxxxx into the Inspire® software and click the Update button
  • IMPORTANT: If you are requesting two codes for a binaural fitting, enter both codes prior to clicking the Update button
  • Once complete the status bar on the bottom left of the screen will say Product Update Complete and there will be a green check below each aid upgraded
  • Click finish and you will return to the Devices Detected Screen

Remember the following:

  • Hearing aids should be removed from patient’s ear before initiating the upgrade
  • If the hearing aid is disconnected during the update, reconnect and Inspire will continue the upgrade
  • If you should need to reboot you may use the same code for the serial number above
  • The Update must complete before you will be able to read the aids
